The swim banquet will take place on July 16 from 6-10 pm. Please RSVP to let us know how many in your family will be joining us for pizza, drinks, and dessert or if your swimmer will not be joining. The swim team will cover the cost of the food for our swimmers. Family members who plan to join us for pizza, drinks, and dessert are asked to contribute $5 per non-swimmer. RSVP Swim Team Banquet and Awards ceremony on July 16. |

It is a time-honored Stingray tradition to serve a scrumptious pancake breakfast to our swimmers participating in the championship meet. This year the breakfast will be held on the last day of practice before Champs: Monday, July 13 at 10:00 a.m. Volunteers to help set up, cook, and serve need to arrive by 9:15 a.m. Supplies/ingredients should be dropped off before practice starts. Please take a look at the list of food items, supplies, and volunteer positions needed to make this event extra special for our swimmers and coaches. This is a fun morning for both the swimmers and parents, so thanks in advance for your help in keeping this tradition alive for our Champion Surreywood Stingrays! |

Logistics - Warm-ups: Surreywood will warm up from 5:15–5:45 PM. - Volunteer meetings will be held in the back corner near the baby pool and shed. A cooler with water will be provided for all volunteers. - Clerk of Course: Located in the back corner near the diving board.- Parking: If the parking lot is full, please use the neighborhood side streets. - Seating: Visitor seating is located on the right side of the pool behind the check-in desk and near the diving board. We recommend bringing camp chairs in case our seating reaches capacity. - We ask that coaches and helpers have relays ready at the blocks by 5:55 PM so we can start promptly at 6:00 PM following the national anthem. - Concessions: Greenfield's concession stand will offer smoked BBQ sandwiches, hot dogs, popcorn, chips, and drinks. Coaches will receive a complimentary meal. |

Surreywood Swim Team Photography 2026 Danielle Paquette Photography is excited to once again be serving the Surreywood Swim Team! All session start times list as 4:30. Swimmers will be photographed in the order they arrive.
Surreywood Swim Team Order Form. Packages starting at $10 All orders will need to be placed in advanced. If you would like to add an additional swimmer package, you will prompted to do so after selecting your package. There will be no paper copies of order forms, but there will be a QR code at the pool linking to this page. |

Warm up for Surreywood is from 5:17-5:47 PM All meets begin at 6 p.m. For swim meet tips visit Swim Meets 101 Stonehenge Meet Information: Parking available in front of the pool, in front of the club, and down at the tennis courts. Please no parking on any part of the golf course.
Golf is being played during the swim meet, please do not enter any part of the golf course. The visiting team has seating around the shallow end of the pool. Stonehenge will be selling pizza throughout the meet in addition to snacks, drinks, and sweet treats. Cash and VENMO accepted. Kona Ice Truck will be in the parking lot selling flavored shaved ice. You may wish to bring seating, as the deck will be at full capacity. We request all swimmers for events 1-3 report to CofC by 5:50 PM Event 1 will be behind the blocks when the National Anthem is played |
