When: Today, Saturday, July 11th from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Where: At the pool

The Plan: We are scooping first so the ice cream doesn’t melt, then hopping right over to tie-dye!

What to Bring: Bring your white Stingrays shirt and a grocery bag to take your wet shirt home in. No RSVP needed.

Extra T-Shirts: We will have extra shirts for sale for $12 each. Please bring cash or your phone to pay via QR code.

Tip: Please put your swimmer's name in the upload file name and try to avoid uploading too many duplicates.

🎁 Coach's Gifts: Let's give a massive "THANK YOU" to our four wonderful coaches! We collect funds to divide equally among them for a presentation at the banquet.

How to give: Drop cash/check into the envelope with the gate guards, or scan the QR code posted at the pool for digital payments.

Practice Times: 8:30 AM for 12 & Up; 9:00 AM for 11 & Under.

Supply Drop-off: Please drop off requested supplies by 9:00 AM.

🏆 RMAL Championship Meet (Tuesday, July 14th @ SwimRVA):

1. Volunteers Still Needed: We still need volunteers to make Champs run smoothly. Please signup here  if you can help with our last volunteer spot, t-shirt sales. 

Note: Coaches track qualifying times automatically; you will receive an email notification if your swimmer qualifies.

🍕 End of Season Swim Banquet (Thursday, July 16th from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM):

Cost: Food is covered for all of our swimmers. Family members joining for pizza, drinks, and dessert are asked to contribute $5 per non-swimmer.

Help Needed: We need a few more hands to help with setup, cleanup, and coordination!

Action Required: Please RSVP on the Swimtopia App RSVP Here to let us know your family headcount so we can accurately order food.
