Hi Stingrays!

We are so excited for our swim meet tomorrow! We have 58 swimmers ready to dive in and race.

However, running a swim meet is a massive team effort. To put it simply: if we don’t fill our volunteer spots, the meet cannot take place. Tomorrow is also especially tricky as a couple key volunteer families are unable to attend.

Right now, we are facing a critical shortage for tomorrow:

• Total Volunteers Needed: 63
• Spots Filled: 30
• Spots Still Empty: 33 🚨

We have 41 families participating tomorrow, but 18 families have not signed up for a volunteer role yet. We need everyone to pitch in to get these remaining 33 spots filled so our kids can swim.
