⏰ Please arrive a few minutes early. Swimmers will be photographed in the order they arrive.

Please be at the pool and ready to begin setting up by 5:10 PM.
💲 Photo Packages
Packages start at $10.
✅ All orders must be placed in advance.
✅ If you would like to add an additional swimmer package, you will be prompted to do so after selecting your package.
📱 There will be no paper order forms available. A QR code will be posted at the pool that links directly to the order page.

🔥 Warm-Ups
Surreywood warm-ups will be from 5:15 PM – 5:45 PM.
🙋 Volunteer Information
Volunteer meetings will be held in the back corner near the baby pool and shed.
💧 A cooler with water will be available for all volunteers.
🏅 Clerk of Course
Located in the back corner near the diving board.
🚗 Parking
If the parking lot is full, please use the surrounding neighborhood side streets.
🪑 Visitor Seating
Visitor seating is located on the right side of the pool behind the check-in desk and near the diving board.
Please bring camp chairs in case available seating reaches capacity.
⏰ Meet Start Reminder
We ask that coaches and relay helpers have relays ready at the blocks by 5:55 PM so we can begin promptly at 6:00 PM following the National Anthem.
🌭🍿 Concessions
Greenfield's concession stand will offer:
• Smoked BBQ sandwiches
• Hot dogs
• Popcorn
• Chips
• Drinks
🎉 Coaches will receive a complimentary meal.
🚨 IMPORTANT: DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER'S ATTENDANCE TODAY!
Even if your swimmer is participating in the Swim Clinic and does not plan to compete in the meet, please still complete their meet declaration.
✅ This helps our coaches tremendously with meet setup and logistics.
⏳ The meet lineup must be submitted tomorrow morning, so please complete your swimmer's declaration ASAP!

Currently, we have only 8 timers signed up for our 18 required timer slots.
⏱️ Never timed before? No problem! Timing is easy to learn and one of the most important volunteer jobs at a swim meet.
