⏰ Our First Meet is in TWO DAYS! Can you believe it!?

A huge THANK YOU to the families who have already RSVP'd for their swimmers! We currently have 90 Stingrays registered and declarations submitted for 40 swimmers. 🎉

🚨 IMPORTANT: DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER'S ATTENDANCE TODAY! 

Even if your swimmer is participating in the Swim Clinic and does not plan to compete in the meet, please still complete their meet declaration.

✅ This helps our coaches tremendously with meet setup and logistics.

⏳ The meet lineup must be submitted tomorrow morning, so please complete your swimmer's declaration ASAP!

Currently, we have only 8 timers signed up for our 18 required timer slots.

⏱️ Never timed before? No problem! Timing is easy to learn and one of the most important volunteer jobs at a swim meet.

🚗 Parking

✅ Parking is available:

• In front of the pool
• In front of the club
• Near the tennis courts

❌ Please do NOT park on any part of the golf course.

⛳ Golf will be in progress during the meet, so please stay off all golf course areas.

🪑 Seating

• The visiting team will be seated around the shallow end of the pool.

🏖️ The deck will be at full capacity, so you may wish to bring:

• Chairs
• Blankets
• Portable seating

🍕🍧FOOD & TREATS

Come hungry!

• 🍕 Pizza will be available throughout the meet.
• 🥤 Snacks, drinks, and sweet treats will also be available.
• 💵 Cash and Venmo accepted.
• 🍧 Kona Ice will be in the parking lot serving delicious flavored shaved ice!

SUMMER MORNING PRACTICE SCHEDULE BEGINS TOMORROW!

Starting June 1 through July 6 (weekdays only, with no practice on July 4), we will transition to our summer practice schedule.

• ⚠️ Please note: There are NO Friday evening practices.

June 1-July 6 (weekdays, no practice on July 4)
(no Friday evening practices):

• 🌞8:30am-10:00am – Juniors, Intermediates, Seniors (ages 12& up)
• 🌞10:00am-11:00am – Mites, Midgets (ages 7-11)
• 🌞11:00am-11:30am – Mini-mites (ages 6 & under)
• 🌅 5:00pm-5:30pm - Emerging Swimmers Clinic, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
• 🌅 5:30pm-6:00pm – Mini-mites (ages 6 & under)
• 🌅 6:00pm-7:00pm – All ages, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
